NDIS Provider Bookings
We welcome NDIS Provider Bookings. To ensure a great experience is had by all we communicate with all parties (your Organization, the Support Staff and the NDIS Client parents/guardians) to ensure everyone is aware of the event details.
To do this we have setup an NDIS Booking Pathway. Here is how the NDIS Booking Pathway works...

Setup an NDIS Organization
1. We collect your NDIS Provider Organization Details (including the company representative)
2. We receive from your NDIS Organization a signed Agreement
3. We receive from your NDIS Organization a Certificate of Currency (public liability insurance)
4. We enable your NDIS Organization in the selection menu enabling you to setup NDIS bookings
Setup an NDIS Booking
5. We collect the time, date and approximate number of support staff + clients in attendance
6. We collect the NDIS Client Names (proposed attendees)
7. We collect the NDIS Client’s parent/guardian name and email
8. We collect the NDIS Support Staff names and emails (proposed support staff)
9. We email an information pamphlet pdf to the parent/guardian of the NDIS Client citing your event details
10. We email our liability waiver form to the parent/guardian of the NDIS Client with return upload instructions
11. We provide you with a link to monitor the NDIS Client waiver form uploads
12. The same link will contain an invoice payment option
Make a Booking
13. When you are satisfied there are enough NDIS Client’s in attendance you can pay the invoice to book
14. Upon receipt of payment we send you, the support staff and the NDIS Client parents/guardians a confirmation email
15. Additional NDIS Clients can be added or removed* progressively after a booking is initially made
16. Staff details can be changed progressively after the bookings is made
